As a composer, Eileen is making her mark on the harp repertoire with a fresh approach to traditional styles.  Her attention to detail and high regard of melody is evident across all genres: classical, folk, latin, experimental, and even rock.

In the spring of 2021, Eileen was selected as a Featured Composer with the Young Composers Project, a biannual national contest through the American Harp Society.  This distinction was awarded to her for her composition MicroBiome.  Two years later in the spring of 2023, she was honored with being selected a second time for her composition Arribada.
